The estimated salary for this position will vary based on a candidate's transferable work experience and qualifications. Salary ranges start at $53079.00 per year. The range provided is just one component of total compensation including a comprehensive benefit package of affordable medical plans, employer paid dental, vision and long-term disability, 401(K), flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent, paid time off, 11 paid holidays. As a Crisis Therapist in the Adult Behavioral Health Program, you will be responsible for the following: Provide screening, assessment and crisis intervention services via telehealth to adult members of the community who are referred by local police. Determine the appropriate level of care and services needed, and the least restrictive setting in which those services can be provided. Provide transitional support, advocacy and care coordination services in-person and/or via telehealth until these adults initiate or resume ongoing mental health and/or substance use treatment services with The Guidance Center or another mental health provider. Required to be available via pre-programmed tablets for calls that are referred for screening and intervention by local police departments that have established business agreements with The Guidance Center.
