Adult Day Care Manager / Gerente de Centro de D a para Adultos Previous Adult Day Care management experience - REQUIRED Gerente de Centro de D a para Adultos NECESITA EXPERIENCIA NO APLICAR SI NO AH TRABAJADO ANTERIORMENTE EN UN ADULT DAY CARE We are seeking an experienced Adult Day Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of our adult day care facility.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of geriatric and behavioral health care, and a comprehensive understanding of medical and patient care procedures.This role requires a dedicated professional capable of coordinating clinical services, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our adult participants.The manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for seniors and adults with complex health needs.Overview Requirements Previous Adult Day Care management experience - REQUIRED Bilingual (English & Spanish) - REQUIRED Strong knowledge of Adult Day Care operations and compliance Experience managing staff, schedules, and daily operations Ability to handle inspections and audits Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the adult day care center, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Coordinate multidisciplinary team activities including nursing, behavioral health, and therapy services Oversee patient assessment processes (vital signs, medical history, discharge planning) Manage intake procedures and maintain accurate medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and clinical knowledge Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and managed care organizations Ensure infection control protocols are followed Facilitate case management and utilization management efforts Provide staff training on emergency procedures and behavioral health interventions Maintain a compassionate, safe, and engaging environment for all participants Requirements Proven experience in healthcare settings (geriatrics, behavioral health, hospital medicine, or post-acute care) Strong knowledge of medical terminology, discharge planning, and patient assessment Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical records management Experience working within managed care frameworks Demonstrated leadership experience managing healthcare teams Ability to handle complex patient cases Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish Opportunity This position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to lead a vital community service while making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and adults requiring specialized care.Pay:From $17.00 per hour Application Question(s):Do you have previous hands-on experience working in or managing an Adult Day Care center?
