Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), giving verbal cues for bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring dignity and respect at all times Administer medications safely following prescribed schedules and protocols, maintaining documentation Prepare nutritious meals while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area Engage residents in social activities and meaningful interactions to foster emotional well-being and community connection Maintain the cleanliness of the home following a cleaning list for daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks Drive them, using the company van, to appointments, programming, work, community activities, etc. Qualifications Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, and/or home & community care settings is highly desirable, but not a necessity Certification or training in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification through provided training a necessary Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a home or group home environment Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Valid driver’s license for transportation duties if required for resident outings or appointments Must be 18 years of age Join us to provide compassionate caregiving that transforms lives!
