Advanced Funeral Planner

Job Description: As a Preneed Funeral Director and Counselor, you will be responsible for assisting families in planning and securing pre-arranged funeral services for a local family-owned funeral establishment in the Pittsburgh, Pa surrounding area. This role requires a high level of interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively. Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate and professional guidance to families in planning pre-arranged funeral services. Maintain thorough knowledge of our services and products to effectively assist clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective consultation and service. Report daily to the manager on activities, sales, and client interactions. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Insurance license is required Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently. The ability to empathize with and support clients during difficult times.
