Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Specialty: Orthopedic & Interventional Pain Management Location: Gainesville, FL Employment Type: Direct-hire Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Overview ExecuSource has partnered with an Orthopedic and Interventional Pain Management group, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated NP or PA to join a dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate is experienced in musculoskeletal and spinal conditions and is passionate about improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and review medical histories Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging) Develop and implement treatment plans for chronic pain and injuries Prescribe medications and manage ongoing care Perform procedures including joint and trigger point injections Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Qualifications & Skills Licensed NP or PA with clinical experience in hospital, clinic, or ER settings Strong knowledge of primary, acute, and chronic care practices Expertise in healthcare regulations and patient care standards Excellent communication, professionalism, and ability to work independently Required Experience Proficiency in musculoskeletal and spinal conditions (e.g., herniated discs, radiculopathy, facet pain) Experience with joint injections, PRP, regenerative medicine, and IV therapy Comfortable reviewing MRI results with patients Ability to collaborate with alternative health practitioners Schedule & Compensation Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends or on-call) Starting salary: $120,000+ (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits: malpractice coverage, 401(k) match, CE stipends One week of paid training in Florida (all expenses covered) Apply today to join a collaborative team dedicated to advancing patient care in pain management. #HC123
