As an Adventure Guide, you will lead engaging, safe, and memorable outdoor experiences for diverse groups of participants.Your energetic leadership and excellent communication skills will foster a fun, educational environment that encourages teamwork, confidence, and a love for nature.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your enthusiasm for adventure while developing your leadership and teaching abilities in a dynamic setting.Responsibilities Lead outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, tubing, Archery & ATV rides, or other adventure-based experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism.Ensure the safety of all participants by conducting thorough safety briefings and monitoring activities continuously.Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to participants of varying skill levels, fostering a supportive learning environment.Maintain equipment and ensure all gear is in excellent condition, adhering to safety standards at all times.Keep the energy FUN and ENGAGING at all times Requirements Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to connect with diverse groups.Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding or supervising groups in outdoor settings.Who You Are:High energy, confident, and engaging Comfortable leading groups Safety-focused but still knows how to have a good time Bonus:You have a little personality on you Pay:$12.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours:16.0 - 32.0 per week Benefits:Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Work Location:In person.
