Plan and flawlessly execute large size Tier 1 or Tier 2 complex US & International events (Over 150 attendees). Responsible for large customer events & briefings, product launches, industry events, PR events and trade shows. Support sponsorship opportunities at Bombardier Defense events (create, solicit potential partners, distribute sponsorship package, invoice and collect revenue) Manage event provided budget Ensure Bombardier Defense brand is well represented at events Research, recommend, select and manage suppliers to support events Provide on-site support for internal & external event attendees Create and communicate Event Information Packages (contains logistics re hotels/ badges/ transport/ attendees) How to thrive in this role?
