What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions. Responsibilities Support of Consumer Health and Major Rugby businesses Involvement in Forecasting, Budgeting and SFP processes Monthly financial close and reporting responsibilities Profitability reporting Use of Anaplan for monthly reporting and quarterly forecasting Monthly financial reviews with business partners and frequent business partnering across multiple teams Ad hoc reporting and analysis Qualifications 4-8 years of experience, preferred Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred What is expected of you and others at this level Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects May contribute to the development of policies and procedures Works on complex projects of large scope Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives Completes work; independent
