Aerobic Septic System Technician SBCC Inc – Flint, TX Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Overview SBCC Inc is seeking a dependable, motivated Aerobic Septic System Technician to join our growing team in Flint, TX. We specialize in aerobic septic system maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for residential and commercial customers throughout East Texas. This position is ideal for someone with septic, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical troubleshooting experience who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on aerobic septic systems Diagnose and repair pumps, aerators, control panels, timers, spray systems, and drip systems Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Complete service documentation accurately and on time Educate customers on proper system use and maintenance Maintain company vehicle inventory, tools, and supplies Follow all company safety procedures and state/local regulations Represent SBCC Inc professionally while working in the field Qualifications Required: Must be at least 21 years old Valid Texas driver’s license Clean driving record Minimum 1 year experience in aerobic septic systems OR related plumbing, electrical, irrigation, or mechanical repair Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Good communication and customer service skills Preferred: Experience servicing aerobic treatment units (ATUs) Basic electrical troubleshooting experience Plumbing repair experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits Company vehicle provided Tools provided Overtime opportunities Paid holidays (after probation period) Paid time off after 1 year Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday Overtime as needed On-call availability may be required Work Location In person / Field service – East Texas Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
