General Plastics Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to support our Manufacturing & Production team. In this role, you will program, set up, and operate CNC mills and routers to machine polyurethane foam components for aerospace, automotive, and construction applications. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, creating/optimizing CNC programs, selecting tools and fixtures, performing first-article and in-process inspections, and troubleshooting machining issues. You will collaborate closely with engineering and quality to meet tight tolerances, safety standards, and on-time delivery goals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
