Day to day tasks would include: Finding and building dynamic relationships with hiring managers. Working as a recruiter to find highly qualified talent for a large variety of clients. Overseeing the entire hiring process (from sourcing to offer stage) in an efficient and effective manner. Preferred skills would include Strong sales skills Creative thinking Direct communication skills Sense of urgency The ideal candidate will be a decisive self-starter who is capable of handling a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Monthly minimum guaranteed income of $4,815.33 + monthly commissions with limitless earning potential. Last year’s top producer earned close to a million dollars.
