We are seeking a Sales Associate with strong relationship-building skills, excellent English communication, and a professional approach to representing the company.Bilingual is a plus.We're looking for someone eager to learn, motivated to grow, and excited to build a long-term career with GMAIR.Position Summary The Sales Associate will support customers by preparing and delivering quotes via email and phone (customer list provided) and managing the sales process from initial inquiry through order placement and payment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Quote customers via email and phone (customers provided) Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with prospective and existing clients Assist in developing pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations Prepare weekly and monthly activity/sales reports Understand and promote company programs and services Obtain deposits and balance payments from clients Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders Respond to client questions regarding credit terms, products, pricing, and availability Maintain organized documentation and clear, accurate communication throughout the sales process Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university Minimum of 2 years of related experience (aviation industry experience required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and suppliers Excellent negotiation skills and sound decision-making abilities Commitment to exceptional customer service Strong computer skills and comfort using technology daily Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow with the company Bilingual is a plus Skills and Competencies Relationship building and account management Negotiation and closing Professional communication and customer support Organization, reporting, and attention to detail Job Type:Full-time Pay:$45,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate:Miami, FL 33178:Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education:Associate (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
