The Opportunity We are looking for ambitious Aesthetic Physicians, Plastic Surgeons, and Dermatologists to join our established Beverly Hills clinic. As a hub for the PICO Academy , this role also offers a platform for those interested in clinical education and collaboration with major aesthetic suppliers. Our Aesthetic Philosophy At PICO, we move away from the "overdone" look. Our clinical focus is on enhancing natural beauty and achieving the highly sought-after K-pop inspired aesthetic. We specialize in creating luminous, youthful results through subtle contouring, skin refinement, and precision facial balancing. Key Responsibilities & Specializations Advanced Injectables: Perform expert-level treatments using a premium portfolio, including Dermal Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Teoxane) and Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify). Energy-Based & Skin Devices: Utilize industry-leading technology such as Ultherapy Prime , Xerf , and SkinPen (Microneedling) . Skin Health & Regenerative Medicine: Administer Skin Boosters , PRP treatments , and advanced dermal cleaning protocols like DiamondGlow . Bespoke Consultations: Develop comprehensive, long-term treatment plans tailored to discerning Beverly Hills clientele. Clinical Standards: Maintain meticulous medical records and adhere to the highest safety protocols and PICO standardized procedures. Applicant Requirements: Licensure: Active California State Medical License. Board Certification: Board-certified Physicians (Family Medicine with a focus on aesthetics are welcome), Plastic Surgeons, or Dermatologists. Relevant Experience: Proven experience in non-surgical aesthetics, specifically with the injectables and devices mentioned above. Clinical Eye: A deep understanding of facial harmony, natural-looking results, and current K-pop/Asian beauty trends. The "PICO" Standard: You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a professional appearance reflecting the industry, and a commitment to high business ethics. Education Interest: A desire to participate in or lead training via PICO Academy is highly preferable. Communication: Fluency in English (written and oral) is required. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply; fluency in a second language is a significant asset in our international clinic environment.
