Job Summary Regenex Wellness Lab is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness clinic in Channelside, Tampa, founded by a nurse practitioner specializing in advanced aesthetic and regenerative treatments.We are seeking a skilled, passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our team and help deliver exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety, artistry, and professionalism.This role is ideal for a provider who combines clinical expertise with aesthetic/ wellness antiaging and values building long-term patient relationships.The Aesthetic Injector is responsible for performing non-surgical cosmetic treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures.The ideal candidate is confident in consultation, treatment planning, and delivering natural, beautiful results while providing outstanding patient experience.Duties & Responsibilities Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic medicine through ongoing training and education.Conduct thorough consultations, assess patient needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans tailor to individual goals and preferences.Effectively educate patients about treatment options, address their concerns, and manage expectations regarding outcomes and recovery.Follow established protocols and guidelines for infection control, safety precautions, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, trusting relationships with clients Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records, including client information, treatment plans, product usage and treatment outcomes.Educate clients on post-treatment care, product demos, and available retail options to enhance their results, as well as Membership Programs Skills and Qualifications Active License - PA or NP Demonstrate proficiency in performing a comprehensive range of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables Must be customer service oriented Excellent communication skills, oral and written Highly skilled in sales and client education Effective organization skills with expert attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Minimum 2 years' experience in aesthetic injectables Bilingual Pay:$55.00 - $65.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
