SITE DIRECTOR I (FULL-TIME): AlphaBEST Education - Before/After School/Summer Program Site Director, Norman, OK Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour AlphaBEST: After school is where adventures begin! Location: ElementaryMiddle schools within Norman Public Schools Schedule: The Site Director is expected to report at their site 6:30am- start of school and/or 15 minutes before school is released until 6:00 pm Monday - Friday. (No weekends!) Various hours may be needed at times for the workload. Benefits: Part-time benefits, including health and paid time off, are available. Employee referral program. Here is what you will need: Master Teacher/ CDA certification You can meet the requirements in one of the following ways: CDA Certification CCP Credential 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD Oklahoma certificate of Mastery 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate) As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll be trained and have the chance to do the following: Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children. Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students, parents, and school administrators. Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the student's interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
