TITLE:Aftermarket Parts Sales (Marine/Marinas) LOCATION:Montgomery AL JOB TYPE:Full time and Direct Hire Job Description: This role is responsible for generating sales and income within the marine industry by developing new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing OEMs, shipyards, marinas and distributors. Success will be measured by the ability to grow market share, strengthen partnerships and consistently deliver results in a competitive and evolving marine sector.REQUIRED SKILLS: Proven Technical/Aftermarket Parts/Manufacturing environment success in Business to Business (B2B). Experience in selling to Aftermarket Parts /Industrial distributor markets. Ability to travel to customer sites and industry trade shows as needed.WHAT IS EXPECTED: Develop new accounts across OEMs, shipbuilders, marinas, and distributor networks. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers in the marine industry; travel occasionally, as necessary. Answer customer inquiries with timely and solutions-oriented responses. Attend marine trade shows and industry events to represent the company and networks. Prepare and deliver sales reports (daily, weekly, or monthly). Conduct market research and assess new product requests within the marine industry.PREFERRED SKILLS: B2B experience, ideally in marine; maybe OEM/manufacturing or automotive. Customer service mindset with strong presentation abilities. Willingness to travel domestically and attend industry events.COMPENSATION/BENEFITS & RELOCATIONS/ALLOWANCES/BONUS/COMMISSIONS: Base Salary:Best in industry and depending on experience and not a constraint for the right fit.
