Job Summary / Objective The Aftermarket Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Roswell Marine Aftermarket Sales Division through sales operations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This role works closely with purchasing, manufacturing, marketing, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate data flow, efficient processes, and timely execution of sales initiatives. This position will play a key role in organizing and analyzing sales data, supporting inventory and distributor tracking, and helping drive operational efficiency across the aftermarket business. Essential Job Functions and Duties Sales Reporting & Analytics Prepare and maintain recurring sales reports across aftermarket channels, including: Distributor and dealer sales Direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales Sales representative performance Analyze sales data to identify trends, product performance, and growth opportunities Support pricing analysis and competitive market insights Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reporting systems Sales Operations & Systems Support implementation and ongoing use of NetSuite for sales reporting, order tracking, and data management Maintain and improve structured reporting systems and dashboards Ensure clean, accurate, and consistent data across internal systems and tools Assist in tracking leads, orders, and sales activity Inventory & Order Coordination Track inventory levels, product availability, and order flow for aftermarket products Coordinate with purchasing and manufacturing teams to monitor stock levels and demand Identify and communicate potential inventory issues (stockouts, backorders, slow-moving SKUs) Support order tracking and fulfillment coordination Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing, and fulfillment teams Ensure alignment and communication across departments for sales initiatives and product availability Support execution of sales and marketing campaigns by coordinating required information and assets Promotions & Program Support Assist in planning and tracking aftermarket promotions and sales programs Monitor and report on promotion performance and effectiveness Support pricing consistency and execution across sales channels Organization & Process Improvement Organize and maintain sales-related documentation, reporting files, and systems Develop and improve processes for tracking sales, inventory, and operational data Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across workflows Provide general administrative and operational support to the Aftermarket Sales team Minimum Skills & Abilities Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, interpret, and present sales and operational data clearly Advanced organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including ability to work with large data sets, formulas, and reporting tools Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and proactively develop solutions Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and follow-through on tasks and deadlines High level of initiative, with a proactive approach to process improvement and system organization Comfortable working with business systems and software (ERP/CRM platforms such as NetSuite preferred) Ability to maintain data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources and systems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience) 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, analytics, or administrative
