Compensation: Based on qualifications, experience, and performance. Compensation will be discussed during the interview. Responsibilities Design and implement marketing plans that resonate with the audience. Coordinate with colleagues and other professionals to execute strategies across multiple channels. Develop strategies to market services, increase sales conversions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Oversee and coach sales associates. Build and nurture excellent relationships with clients through top-notch customer service. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Life & Health Licensed (preferred) A securities license is a plus. We have positions available in both English and Spanish.
