Job Summary: NTT DATA is seeking an Agile Transformation Coach to accelerate a transition from a traditional Waterfall SDLC approach to a modern delivery model incorporating Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices. This role will champion Agile adoption and enable measurable outcomes by coaching, guiding, and empowering self-directed application development teams. The Agile Transformation Coach will partner with stakeholders at all levels, remove barriers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
