Centra Sota Cooperative's vision is to improve lives and create a more vibrant future for farmers, families, and communities in Central MN.We are seeking a Seasonal Ag Warehouse Laborer to support agronomy operations through warehouse, yard, and delivery assistance.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and supporting customers in a fast-paced agricultural environment.What You'll Do Load and unload agronomy products using forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment Prepare and deliver agronomy products to customers (non-DOT deliveries) Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized facilities, yard, and equipment Provide excellent customer service and support operations staff as needed Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain flexible and work independently in a changing environment Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail Experience operating equipment such as forklifts or skid steers (preferred) Benefits Competitive seasonal pay Overtime Opportunities Opportunity to work with a respected Minnesota cooperative Supportive team environment during peak agronomy seasons Why Centra Sota?
