Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a passionate and skilled AI-Driven Scrum Master / Intelligent Delivery Orchestrator to join their dynamic team. Job Title: AI-Driven Scrum Master / Intelligent Delivery Orchestrator Location: Houston, Texas Pay Range: 60-65/Hr What's the Job? Modernize and optimize delivery workflows using AI tools and automation platforms to enhance team productivity and predictability. Leverage Azure DevOps and AI insights to analyze sprint flow, identify bottlenecks, and surface risks early for proactive management. Support backlog refinement by utilizing AI to improve story clarity, acceptance criteria, and dependency visibility, ensuring readiness for sprints. Facilitate cross-team coordination by uncovering dependencies and delivery impacts through AI-driven insights, promoting alignment and transparency. Generate automated reports, dashboards, and summaries using M365 and Copilot Studio to streamline governance and leadership updates. What's Needed? At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing boards, sprints, and delivery flow. Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, M365-based AI, workflows, or automation platforms. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and AI insights for better decision-makin
