At the B2B layer , we are exploring how AI powered relationship infrastructure can help startups, communities, organizations, and talent ecosystems foster stronger engagement, discover aligned people faster, and build higher trust networks at scale. We are currently in the early stages with real world traction, curated experiences, and an active community validating the need for what we are building. The Role We are looking for an ambitious AI/ML Engineer Intern to help us build the early foundation of CoPatible’s intelligent matching and relationship infrastructure. This is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with an early stage founder, take ownership, and help shape a product from the ground up. You should be deeply curious about AI agents, human behavior, talent ecosystems, social systems, and the future of connection technology. We are especially looking for someone who is passionate about: Community and belonging Mental health and emotional well being Human and social connection Talent ecosystems and relationship driven opportunity Recruiting, networking, and the future of professional connection Building technology that creates meaningful real world impact You will work directly on: AI powered matching systems AI agents and workflow automation Relationship and compatibility intelligence Recommendation and personalization systems Conversational and behavioral intelligence Talent and community graph infrastructure Early MVP product development What We’re Looking For Experience with AI/ML engineering or applied AI projects Interest in building AI agents and intelligent systems Familiarity with Python, APIs, LLM workflows, vector databases, or agent frameworks Ability to move quickly in ambiguous startup environments Strong product thinking and curiosity around human behavior, networks, and communities Passion for startups, technology, and building from zero to one Bonus if you have experience with: LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar tools Recommendation engines or matching algorithms Knowledge graphs or relationship mapping systems Full stack development Consumer social, talent, or marketplace products Why Join Opportunity to work closely with the founding team Build meaningful technology focused on human connection and opportunity discovery High ownership and creative input Early exposure to startup building, AI systems, and product strategy Help shape an ambitious vision at the intersection of AI, community, and talent infrastructure Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company scales Please note: this is currently an unpaid internship opportunity best suited for someone excited about early stage startup building, ownership, and helping shape a company from the ground up.
