AI Operations & Investigative Analyst Mesa, AZ (Hybrid) Investigations. AI. Operations. Problem Solving. We’re hiring a highly analytical, tech-savvy operator to help scale a fast-growing investigative and AI consulting environment. This is not a traditional assistant role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving operational problems, thinks critically, and can leverage AI tools to improve workflows, investigations, and execution. You’ll work at the intersection of: Investigations Legal operations AI systems Operational strategy Workflow optimization The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces without constant direction. If you enjoy creating structure, improving systems, and figuring things out independently, this role was built for you. Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Experience AI: 1 year (Required) criminal defense law: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Mesa, AZ 85215 (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mesa, AZ 85215
