Job Description Job Details Job Title: AI Strategy & Applications Intern Location: Charlotte, NC Remote Education Requirements: Currently enrolled in a graduate program with a completed undergraduate degree Preferred Fields of Study: Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, AI/Machine Learning, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Decision Science Key Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated interest or experience in applying AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Familiarity with APIs, data flow, and SaaS tools Experience evaluating software or improving workflows/processes Experience in consulting, professional services, or startup environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Essential Duties Identify workflow inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement Research and evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors Conduct initial demos and testing of AI solutions Translate business needs into AI use cases and recommend solutions Map workflows and propose lightweight implementation approaches Support early-stage implementation and adoption of tools Contribute to build vs. buy decision-making Monitor emerging AI trends Work Environment: Must be able to work independently with a secure internet connection and maintain regular punctual attendance.
