The role You\'ll be the person who gets new clients live on Mia and keeps her performing well over time. That means setting up accounts, learning how each restaurant group operates, and updating Mia\'s prompts when clients tell us something isn\'t landing right. This is a hands-on, client-facing ops role at the intersection of AI and hospitality. What you\'ll do Set up and configure new client accounts Gather feedback from clients on how Mia is responding Write, test, and refine prompt updates based on that feedback QA Mia\'s outputs to catch issues proactively Document what\'s working so we can scale it Who you are Sharp attention to detail — you read outputs carefully and know when something\'s off Good with people — clients are restaurant operators, not tech people Comfortable with ambiguity — we\'re a startup, things move fast Bonus: background in hospitality, customer success, or AI tools Comp & setup $60,000–$75,000 Full-time, remote Small team, direct access to founders Ground-floor seat at a fast-growing AI company
