Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team.We are willing to train the right person.This position will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning and maintenance of air duct systems, ensuring optimal air quality and system efficiency as part of a team.This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols.Movement to lead would be available in the spring/summer Cross training in our other services is available as well as sales commissions Duties Conduct comprehensive inspections of air duct systems to assess cleanliness and functionality.Utilize specialized equipment to clean air ducts making sure a thorough job is done.Work with team lead to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of services performed.Adhere to safety standards and regulations while working in residential or commercial environments.Qualifications Previous experience as a serviceHVAC/R technician or related fields will help but is not required.Familiarity with construction practices and basic tools is a plus.Leadership skills are desirable for potential advancement opportunities within the company.Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously.A valid driver's license is required.Experience with trailers is beneficial.If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and have the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Air Duct Cleaning Technician.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$21.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off License/Certification:Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
