Hours are 10/11am-4pm, you will be expected to work these hours at least 3-4 days per week (Sunday & Monday Required). Key Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces, ensuring high cleanliness and presentation standards. Carry out restocking of essential supplies and report any property damage or maintenance needs promptly. Utilize efficient cleaning techniques and products to achieve exceptional results within designated timeframes. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous hotel or airbnb experience is preferred but not essential; we provide on-the-job training.If you have hotel cleaning experience, you are especially encouraged to apply! Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.You will be driving between cleaning jobs. Own a smartphone that has the capability to use apps, take photos, and send text/calls. Availability to work on Sundays and Mondays, plus at least 2 other days.Schedule is flexible and we're willing to work with your situation. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently. Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to work. Ability to commute to our office at 622 Capital Blvd in Raleigh to pick up supplies and linens, great if you're close by! Compensation and Benefits Compensation is commission based, you will be paid per house - Commission is structured to average $25 per hour, our cleaners are consistently making $20per hour. Flexibility to work around your schedule.Cleanings are between 10-4, perfect for someone with obligations in the mornings and afternoons, such as a parent.
