Job OverviewJoin our vibrant team as an Airbnb Cleaner and Vacation Rental Housekeeper, dedicated to creating spotless, welcoming, and memorable stays for guests at oceanfront properties.In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring each rental is pristine, comfortable, and ready for new visitors.Your attention to detail and proactive attitude will help deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the reputation of our vacation homes.Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all rental spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness of rugs and upholstery.Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest supplies to ensure availability and freshness.Restock essential amenities like toiletries, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products to enhance guest comfort.Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards; report issues promptly for quick resolution.Maintain high standards of sanitation by adhering to cleaning protocols aligned with health guidelines; ensure all surfaces are disinfected thoroughly.Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with guests during check-in or check-out processes when needed.Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management.Familiarity with cleaning tools and products used in carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and general custodial tasks.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-quality cleanliness standards.Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple properties efficiently while maintaining consistency.Prior experience in customer service is a plus; friendly attitude helps foster positive guest interactions.Knowledge of laundry procedures and basic cooking skills are beneficial for guest comfort preparations.Join us in creating exceptional vacation experiences by ensuring each property shines!
