Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure guest comfort and convenience Conduct quality checks to verify that each space meets cleanliness standards before guest check-in Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Manage time efficiently to complete multiple cleaning assignments within scheduled windows Communicate effectively with managers regarding any maintenance issues or guest concerns Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality-related roles such as hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred not required if you’re willing to learn Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and sanitation standards Previous experience in hotel or vacation rental environments is highly desirable Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management principles is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills make a real difference!
