Aladdin Implementation Test Lead We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our Aladdin implementation team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role that sits at the intersection of front office, operations, and technology. The successful candidate will own end-to-end testing workstreams, drive UAT from planning through execution, and serve as the central coordination point for testing readiness across all implementation phases. This engagement begins as a contract assignment with a clear pathway to permanent employment for candidates who demonstrate strong delivery performance and cultural fit. Key Responsibilities Test Leadership & Execution Serve as Test Lead on the Aladdin implementation, owning and driving end-to-end testing workstreams from inception through go-live Lead UAT planning and execution, ensuring comprehensive coverage, quality standards, and alignment with business requirements Track and manage testing progress, requirements traceability, and overall readiness across all key implementation phases Maintain test plans, test scripts, defect logs, and status reporting artifacts to a high standard of accuracy and completeness Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate across front office, operations, and technology teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth, on-schedule testing cycles Provide guidance and hands-on support to business and operations teams, including Aladdin super users, to enable effective test execution Communicate testing status, risks, and readiness assessments clearly to program leadership and stakeholders Facilitate defect triage and resolution workflows, ensuring issues are prioritized, tracked, and closed in a timely manner Readiness & Continuous Improvement Support next-phase readiness by ensuring defects, gaps, and enhancement requests are addressed ahead of each go-live milestone Identify testing risks early and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with the broader implementation team Bring a delivery-oriented mindset to drive execution and hold workstreams accountable to timeline and quality commitments Contribute to post-implementation lessons learned and continuous improvement of testing practices Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in asset management or investment management, with deep exposure to front-to-back operational workflows and investment lifecycle processes Direct hands-on experience with at least one Aladdin implementation Minimum 3+ years in a Test Lead or QA leadership capacity, owning end-to-end testing workstreams on complex financial systems programs Proven track record delivering UAT and testing readiness on time and to quality standards within demanding, multi-stakeholder implementation programs Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking workflows Strong understanding of test lifecycle management: strategy, planning, scripting, execution, defect management, and sign-off Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test coverage plans and acceptance criteria Strong familiarity with asset management workflows — including portfolio management, order management, and settlements.
