Job Overview Join our team as an Alarm Sales Representative / New Home Security Sales Representative and become a vital part of protecting homes and businesses through innovative security solutions! In this energetic role, you will leverage your sales expertise to connect with new clients, develop business opportunities, and deliver tailored security system to New Home Buyers and Resale Buyers. Your proactive approach will drive growth in our territory, ensuring customers feel confident and secure with our cutting-edge security products. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to combine technical knowledge with sales, making a real difference in the safety of our community. Duties Engage with prospective customers in the efforts to identify and pursue new monitoring business. Reaching out to prospective customers to sell wireless security systems, explaining the features and benefits to prospective clients Develop and manage a robust pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and different sales closing list. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional account management and ongoing support & Technical Support Collaborate with marketing teams to implement sales campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead conversion Negotiate contracts and close sales by addressing customer needs, overcoming objections, and upselling additional products or services Utilize CRM software such as Supply-Pro to track sales activities, customer information and options. Process required sales paperwork through QuickBooks Contractor. Use electronic sales agreements via Docusign for all new security sales Experience / Requirements: · 1–2 years of sales experience preferred · Basic knowledge of Security Systems and Related Technology · Intermediate word processing and basic spreadsheet skills preferred · High school diploma or equivalent required · Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required AZ Board of Technical Registration Card - Preferred Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card - Preferred Embark on a career that energizes your sales talent while safeguarding communities!
