Job Summary Join our dynamic restaurant team as a versatile and energetic all restaurant staff member! In this role, you will be a vital part of delivering exceptional guest experiences by supporting various operational areas, including food service, customer relations, and sanitation. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, reservations, and guest inquiries using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and math accuracy Provide excellent customer service by upselling menu items, promoting specials, and enhancing the overall dining experience Support food preparation, food handling, and sanitation standards to ensure safety and cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food running, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a smooth flow of service during busy hours Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address guest needs promptly Manage guest relations by addressing concerns professionally and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Proven skills in customer service, upselling, and guest relations to enhance the dining experience Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic food handling procedures Experience with host/hostess duties, serving, bussing, or cashiering roles is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during peak hours Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism and positive guest interactions Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
