Company website: https://advclinical.org/ Duties and Responsibilities Support students enrolled in a self-paced online Pharmacy Technician training program through timely communication, academic guidance, and learner engagement strategies. Monitor student enrollment activity and welcome new learners through LMS announcements, discussion boards, and onboarding communication. Provide asynchronous academic support using approved course materials, learning resources, and institutional communication platforms. Evaluate assignments, assessments, and student participation accurately and promptly using established grading rubrics and academic standards. Monitor student progress and identify at-risk learners requiring additional support, motivation, or intervention. Utilize the learning management system (LMS) and related educational technologies to track learner engagement, performance, and course completion progress. Participate in online discussions by encouraging critical thinking, answering student questions, reinforcing key pharmacy concepts, and fostering a supportive virtual learning environment. Provide constructive, timely, and actionable feedback to support student success and certification readiness. Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy industry standards, certification expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements. Support curriculum improvement initiatives through feedback, content review, and collaboration with academic leadership. Assist students remotely through scheduled appointments, email, phone, or video conferencing as needed. Contribute to the development and enhancement of educational materials, including presentations, recorded lectures, study guides, simulations, and multimedia learning resources. Support inclusive learning experiences that reflect diverse patient populations, healthcare environments, and health equity considerations.
