Job OverviewJoin our dynamic team as an Aluminum Installer and become a vital part of transforming building exteriors and interiors with precision and craftsmanship.In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining aluminum-based systems such as windows, doors, curtain walls, and other architectural features.Your expertise will help create visually stunning, durable structures that enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal.We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and are eager to develop their skills in a collaborative setting.Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install aluminum framing, panels, and fixtures according to project specifications and blueprints Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete installations Read and interpret construction schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to coordinate installation activities Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Assist in fabrication processes including aluminum framing modifications or custom adjustments on-site or in the shop Perform site cleanup after installation work is completed to maintain a safe and organized work environment Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on aluminum or metal framing installation preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with construction management practices including safety protocols and project timelines Skilled in using hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, measuring tapes, as well as power tools required for aluminum installation Knowledge of related trades such as glazing (glass installation), roofing, drywall finishing (plastering), caulking, trim carpentry, or masonry is a plus Experience with construction estimating or inspection is advantageous but not mandatory Strong physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work at heights or in confined spaces safely Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred Join us to build exceptional structures that stand the test of time!
