Kalwall Corporation, a very stable and locally owned Manufacturer is seeking a Spray Painter.Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday.Perform routine part spray painting and coating, material cleaning and movement and other activities involved in the preparation of metal surfaces prior to and the application of paint or protective coatings.Check blueprints, specifications and work orders to determine areas of parts and components to be excluded from painting or finishing.Locate work and deliver to prep area.Perform hand or mechanical abrasion and sanding as required.Sort and stack parts and components to be washed or acid bathed.Hand wash or dip stacked items and dry.Move cleaned items to holding area or to finishing.Unload finished pieces and prepare for oven or air drying.Match colors and prepare and mix paints or coatings to proper consistency.Apply primers, paints and protective coatings to a variety of type and sized company parts, components, accessories and other items.Strip improperly painted items, prepare for repainting and repaint.Conduct necessary rework.Assist in finishing and metal preparation area and equipment cleanups.Kalwall conducts pre-employment drug testing and background checks.Walk-ins welcome or apply online to join a great team.Benefits after 60 days and paid time off after 90 days!
