This is a Full-time Driver Position with Lightning Fast Logistics (FASI) delivering packages to Amazon customers! Join our dynamic delivery team where your energyand dedicationwill drive our success! Military veterans are welcome! Driving experience is a plus, but not required As we grow, supervisory roles will be available! Benefits $22.25 per hour (paid weekly) 10-hour shifts are typical Full-time DAs have a 4-day work week, 40 hours is typical.We deliver 7 days out of the week so open availability is a plus! A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30 minute meal break As we grow, opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses will be available Medical, Dental and Vision insurance (Note:Employees who work on average less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance Responsibilities Successfully handle and deliver packages on time Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the Company vehicle Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job, work in all weather conditions and on various routes; get in an out of a van repeatedly through the day at variable locations.Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members Verify delivery addresses, obtain signatures when required, and ensure accurate documentation of deliveries Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Requirements:Must be 21 years or older Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license Must be authorized to work in the United States Must successfully pass a 4-panel drug screening Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skill Ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving packages safely and efficiently.Equipment Provided:Delivery Vehicle & Gas Handheld technology Uniforms Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering excellence!
