Job Summary: Provide essential support in healthcare delivery and patient care management within a clinical setting. Responsibilities adapt to the evolving needs of the practice. Essential Responsibilities: Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk clients. Follow established standards and guidelines for patient care. Manage telephone triage with professionalism, offering reassurance, accurate education, and clear guidance. Ensure smooth healthcare service delivery throughout patient visits. Maintain accurate, complete, and updated medical records. Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints. Monitor patients for abnormal symptoms, communicate findings to physicians, and document accordingly. Confirm patient understanding of physician instructions upon discharge. Accurately document medical records and billing information in electronic systems. Support physicians during testing and treatment procedures, including applying splints and dressings. Follow physician orders diligently. Manage sample medications and logs. Coordinate patient testing, admissions, and referrals. Retrieve and communicate test results to patients. Assist in minor surgeries and physical exams preparation. Obtain consents prior to invasive procedures or immunizations. Distribute educational materials and ensure patient comprehension of treatments and medications. Perform laboratory tests and maintain lab logs. Maintain clinical areas by stocking and organizing supplies and patient education materials. Ensure exam rooms are clean, orderly, and compliant with sterilization protocols. Verify that instruments and equipment are sterile and functional. Perform additional duties as assigned, adapting to changing responsibilities as needed. Education and Experience Required: G
