About the Opportunity :The Analyst, Business Control Testing role is designed to ensure that operational controls within the Operations and Member Experience division function correctly and comply with regulatory and internal policies. This position is critical for identifying control gaps, collaborating with stakeholders on remediation, and enhancing control testing processes. It offers exposure across multiple teams and the chance to contribute to the adoption of AI tools in control testing . Responsibilitie s:• Test key operational controls for compliance with regulatory and policy requiremen ts• Analyze datasets and documentation to detect anomalies and control weakness es• Communicate findings and support remediation design and validation with stakeholde rs• Develop testing scope, sampling, and test scrip ts• Document and present test results to facilitate actionable outcom es• Assist in advancing control testing reporting and insight capabiliti es• Manage multiple control testing reviews concurrently with team collaborati on Requireme nts• 2–5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in control testing, compliance, audit, or risk managem ent• Knowledge of consumer financial regulations such as Fair Lending, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, FCRA, FD CPA• Experience in data analysis and policy/procedure review to identify iss ues• Strong communication skills to explain findings and influence remediat ion• Capability to independently manage parts of testing reviews with potential to lead full revi ews• Collaborative approach focused on learning, teamwork, and inclusiv ity Bonus Qualificati ons:• Familiarity with AI tools for control testing or data anal ysis• Experience engaging with financial regulators concerning testing requirem ents• Skill in writing clear, structured findings outlining root causes and imp acts Pay Range and Compensation Pac kage:• The base salary for this role ranges from $83,000 to $115,000, with eligibility for bonuses, equity packages, and benefits. Actual salary varies based on location, skills, qualifications, and experi ence.
