Join a dynamic healthcare organization in the Pacific Northwest region as an HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday HCM. This full-time role is pivotal in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the HR technology ecosystem to support seamless operations and compliance in a healthcare setting. Role Overview As the primary administrator for Workday HCM, you will manage user accounts, security roles, and business processes while leading system implementations and enhancements. Collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and clinical leadership, you will ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and excellent end-user support. Key Responsibilities Administer Workday HCM system, including configuration and security management. Lead or assist with module rollouts, upgrades, and feature implementations. Manage integrations between Workday and payroll, timekeeping, ERP, and third-party systems. Maintain data governance and develop operational and analytical reports. Support compliance with employment regulations and healthcare privacy standards such as HIPAA. Provide advanced support for HRIS incidents and manage vendor escalations. Develop test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and oversee change management. Train HR end users and create comprehensive documentation. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements. Track system performance metrics and report project status to stakeholders. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Experience Minimum of 3 years of HRIS administration experience with Workday HCM, preferably in a mid-sized or healthcare environment.
