At Sonos we want to create the ultimate listening experience for our customers and know that it starts by listening to each other. As part of the Sonos team, you’ll collaborate with people of all styles, skill sets, and backgrounds to realize our vision while fostering a community where everyone feels included and empowered to do the best work of their lives. Supply Chain Systems Analyst, Global Supply Chain Planning This role is a hybrid position This position is considered hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Seattle, Boston, or Goleta office locations. The Global Supply Chain Planning team enables scalable, data-driven decision-making across demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP processes. This role will lead the redesign and build of a new Anaplan environment to replace existing legacy models, modernizing how Sonos plans and manages operational performance. As a key technical contributor, you will partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Data teams to deliver sustainable, high-performing planning solutions that support our global business. What You’ll Do Lead the design and build of a consolidated Anaplan model to replace two legacy supply chain planning models. Architect scalable solutions supporting demand planning, supply planning, capacity management, inventory optimization, and scenario modeling. Translate business requirements into efficient dimensional model structures, including lists, hierarchies (SKU, location, time), and modules. Develop and maintain complex formulas supporting safety stock logic, constraints, lead times, and capacity utilization. Partner with Data/IT teams to ensure clean integrations with ERP systems and data platforms. Own master data maintenance processes and support ongoing planning cycles (forecasting, S&OP, inventory planning). Optimize model performance, conduct impact analysis, and reduce technical debt. Document model design and ensure adherence to Anaplan best practices, governance, and ALM standards. What You’ll Need Basic Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience. Willingness to work collaboratively across global time zones. Demonstrated experience building or redesigning supply chain or operations planning models (e.g., demand, supply, inventory, capacity). Advanced proficiency in Anaplan dimensional modeling, formula writing, and performance optimization. Experience managing master data structures including product, location, and time hierarchies. Experience supporting cross-functional planning processes such as S&OP or operational forecasting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently execute complex assignments. Anaplan Model Builder certification (Level 2 or equivalent practical expertise). Preferred Qualifications Anaplan Level 3 certification. Experience consolidating or replacing legacy planning systems. Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or data platforms (e.g., Snowflake). Experience in hardware, consumer electronics, or global supply chain environments. Familiarity with capacity-constrained or globally distributed supply networks. Experience working in a high-growth or transformation environment.
