Job Description
Why the Finger Lakes Region? The Finger Lakes Region offers something that is becoming increasingly rare in healthcare careers — the ability to do meaningful work while still having a life outside of it. With its scenic lakes, wineries, outdoor recreation, and close-knit communities, this area provides a slower pace without sacrificing professional opportunity. Whether it is boating in the summer, hiking in the fall, or simply enjoying a more relaxed day-to-day lifestyle, the Finger Lakes is a place where physicians can build long-term roots. About the Opportunity We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join a well-established and collegial team in the Finger Lakes Region. This is a bread and butter anesthesiology practice with a strong focus on balance, predictability, and team collaboration. You will work across a mix of orthopedic, urology, OB, and healthy pediatric cases, with no neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases. This is an ideal opportunity for both new graduates and experienced physicians looking for a stable environment with strong compensation and a manageable call schedule. What You Can Expect Comfortable 1:7 weekend call rotation Protected post-call day off Three-day weekend following weekend call Collaborative, team-oriented environment Balanced case mix without high-acuity sub-specialty cases Why This Opportunity Stands Out This is a rare combination of high-level compensation, manageable schedule, and quality of life. The structure of the practice allows you to focus on patient care without the burnout that often comes with more complex or high-acuity environments. It is an opportunity to build a sustainable career while maintaining balance both professionally and personally. Next Steps If you are an Anesthesiologist looking for a role that offers strong compensation, a supportive team, and a better overall lifestyle, we should connect.
