Coverage Needed As soon as credentialed - ongoing Schedule: Preferably a variation of day shifts, OB shifts and OR call OR call 4p-7a possibly once a week OB call 7a-7a (negotiable) would consider a 5 days a week dayshift Clinical Information: Typically 3-5 cases per day If taking call would need to do epidurals/spinals for OB Art line/central line placement Required: General (including DaVinci robotic cases, Ortho, Ortho Spine, Neuro, GYN (including DaVinci robotic cases), Vascular, ENT Some non-OR anesthesia (NORA) cases such as GIendoscopy, MRI, cath lab, TEEs and IR cases, CV Art line/central line placement EMR: EPIC Inpatient and outpatient Required CV must be in Month / Year format Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Active IN License and DEA (or one easily transferrable) EPIC experience - Preferred Board Certified: Anesthesia CV Anesthesiologists need to be TEE certified CV certification - Preferred Case logs by Jobble
