Animal Care Needed

I just need someone to come between noon and 2:30 for a quick 10 minute walk and then give my dog her dental chew treat and make sure there is water in her bowl. Total time would be less than 20 minutes. I would like to be able to schedule one week at a time because on some days my teenage son will be available to do the walk. Ruby is a great dog who loves people but hates other dogs. She gets crazy if we see another dog on our walk so you must have a good handle on her leash. She wears an escape-proof harness. Ruby is a rescue so some combination of breeds. She weighs about 40 pounds. I have a cat at home too but she does not need any care during the day.
