职位描述： 1、负责杂交瘤及单细胞技术平台的日常运维工作，结合行业发展动态主动开展平台技术的优化与升级。 2、负责噬菌体 、酵母展示平台的日常运行、维护、优化与迭代，设计高多样性抗体文库，并实现针对表位 、功能多样化候选抗体的高通量筛选。 3、通过团队管理、跨职能项目管理以及人才梯队建设，推动部门目标达成。 任职要求： 1、分子生物、细胞生物、结构生物、免疫学和药理学等相关专业博士学历 2、精通抗体发现与抗体工程平台技术，出色的项目领导能力。 3、严谨的职业操守、良好的团队协作精神与高度的责任心。 4、具备独立解决问题的能力，以及卓越的跨部门协调与沟通能力。 工作地点：上海 Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of hybridoma and single B-cell technology platforms, proactively optimizing and upgrading platform technologies in line with industry advancements. Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, optimization, and advancement of phage/yeast display platforms, designing antibody libraries with high diversity, and enabling high-throughput screening for epitope/functionally diversified candidate antibodies. Drives departmental success through team leadership, cross-functional project management, and talent pipeline development. Job Requirements: PhD degree in related majors such as molecular biology, cell biology, structural biology, immunology, pharmacology, etc. 2.Proficient in antibody discovery and antibody engineering platform technologies, with excellent project leadership skills.
