Terra Bella Management Group is a prominent, well-established, family-owned Property Management Company that has been in business 30years.We pride ourselves in creating an atmosphere of excellence, personal involvement, and team spirit, while constantly striving to improve our responsiveness to our clients--our residents.Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our residential properties.Your dedication will ensure that each apartment is a comfortable, hygienic, and inviting environment, contributing to residents' satisfaction and well-being.We value proactive, detail-oriented individuals, who take pride in delivering exceptional service.Duties Clean and sanitize vacant apartment units in preparation for new residents (turnovers) Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all interior areas Clean kitchens including appliances, countertops, cabinets, and sinks Clean and disinfect bathrooms including toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and floors Remove trash and debris from units and common areas Spot clean walls, doors, and baseboards as needed Report any maintenance issues or damages noticed during cleaning Supply their own cleaning supplies and equipment Ensure all units meet company cleanliness standards before move-in Qualifications Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (apartments, hotels, or residential cleaning) Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and reliability Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation to travel between properties if needed Ability to supply your own cleaning supplies and equipment Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience (open to negotiation) 1 Bedroom starting at $100 ranging to a 3 Bed / 2 Bath at $225 Flexible schedule Opportunities for additional hours during peak turnover periods Pay:$100.00 - $225.00 per day Benefits:Flexible schedule Experience:Cleaning:1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Lawton, OK 73505 (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
