Commercial Cleaner - Apartment Community (Part-Time) Location:Aurora, ILPay:$18-$22 per hour (based on experience)Job Type:Part-time (15hours per week)Number of Hires:1 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain the common areas and amenity spaces of a well-maintained apartment community.This role focuses exclusively on shared spaces--not individual apartment units--and helps create a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests.Responsibilities Clean and maintain apartment common areas, including:Hallways and corridors Stairwells Elevators Leasing office and administrative areas Amenity spaces and other shared areas Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Dust, mop, sweep, and sanitize surfaces Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards Qualifications 3years of professional cleaning experience preferred (commercial or residential) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards Professional, reliable, and motivated Valid driver's license Schedule Day shift Monday through Friday Some Saturdays as needed Typical hours:8-9 a.m.start 1-3 p.m.end Additional Details Supplies and equipment provided:Yes Single location This position focuses on common areas and amenities only (no apartment unit cleanings) Job Type:Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
