Leasing Agent Thornhill Properties, Inc. – Baltimore, MD Thornhill Properties is seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our growing team. We manage a diverse portfolio of apartment communities and residential properties throughout Baltimore City and County. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, sales-oriented, and passionate about providing an exceptional resident experience from first tour through move-in. Responsibilities Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Process rental applications and assist with applicant screening Prepare leases and move-in documentation Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features Follow up with prospective residents to convert leads into signed leases Assist with resident relations and customer service requests Coordinate marketing efforts and online listings Maintain leasing traffic reports and CRM records Work collaboratively with property management and maintenance teams Qualifications Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Multifamily property management experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with AppFolio or other property management software preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required What We Offer Competitive pay plus leasing bonuses Health benefits Paid time off Growth opportunities within an established and respected local company Supportive and team-oriented work environment About Thornhill Properties Founded in Baltimore in 1986, Thornhill Properties is a family-owned property management and brokerage firm specializing in multifamily housing, condominium associations, homeowners associations, and commercial real estate.
