Apartment Leasing and Site Manager position

Site Manager Duties Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property- Manage and supervise on-site staff, including leasing consultants and maintenance personnel- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to residents and prospects- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities as needed- Maintain accurate records of all leasing and resident activities- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors- Monitor and enforce lease agreements, rules, and regulations- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financials- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents Qualifications: Previous experience in HUD / USDA Rural Development property management or related field preferred- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Proficient in data entry and computer software applications (Microsoft Office, OneSite)- Knowledge of facilities management and maintenance procedures- Familiarity with HUD & USDA Rural Development rent subsidy programs is a plus- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.Pay:From $18.00 per hour Application Question(s):Do you have reliable transportation?
