Apartment Maintenance Technician Location:Fairbanks / Eielson AFB, AK Pay:$28-$36/hour DOE Schedule:Full-Time Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (On-call availability required) A well-established housing community is seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join their team.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and functional living spaces for residents.The technician will diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance needs across residential properties and community assets such as pools, playgrounds, ice rinks, dog parks, community gardens, and more.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and complete residential maintenance repairs Perform work in areas such as structural repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, pressure washing, cleaning, and general upkeep Maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of buildings and community amenities Use work order systems, phone, and basic computer tools to communicate and document completed tasks Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with residents and team members Participate in on-call rotations as needed Minimum Requirements:3years of residential or multi-family property maintenance experience, including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, and hydronic heating systems Proficiency with standard maintenance tools (hand tools, power tools, drills, saws, etc.) Basic computer/phone skills (timekeeping, training systems, work order platforms) High School Diploma or GED (experience may offset education) Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Ability to pass state and federal background checks (required for base access) Drug-free work environment Ready to get started Apply Today:Applicants never pay fees when applying with or working for TDL Staffing.Begin your application online:APPLY NOW Have questions Call our Fairbanks office at (907) 455-8300.TDL Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).#IND123.
