We are seeking an experienced and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in beautiful Venice, Florida. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong maintenance skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment or residential maintenance and be comfortable performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including: Appliance repair Basic plumbing General home and building maintenance Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting Emergency service response We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently, and brings a “can-do” attitude to the job every day. Position Requirements Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred Reliable transportation Reliable cell phone service Must own most basic maintenance tools Ability to respond to after-hours emergency calls within 15–30 minutes by phone Ability to participate in rotating after-hours emergency coverage Air conditioning certification After-Hours Emergency Compensation Emergency calls occurring between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM are compensated with a minimum of 2 hours pay per call handled .
